Team bonuses are more effective in corporate culture than individual performance bonuses because they create a spirit of joint effort and mutual cooperation rather than individual competition.

Corporate Team Bonus Policy

1. Policy Objective

W1000X's team bonus policy aims to transform individual talent into team strength. This collective performance bonus structure is designed so that field leaders and members form a strong network or ecosystem rather than working in isolation or alone.

2. Team Bonus Pool Calculation

The team bonus does not come directly from an individual's pocket, it is based on the company's net revenue or sales volume target for a specific quarter (3 months).

3. Tier-Based Distribution of Bonuses According to Membership Tier

Bonus percentages and privileges will vary according to the specific leadership rank or tier of the W1000X. The team bonus will be distributed primarily on a "Weighted Split" basis:

A. Star & Gold Members (Team Builders Tier)

Role: They directly guide the team at the field level and onboard new investors or clients.

Bonus Share: 40% of the team bonus pool will be distributed between leaders at this level and their active coordinators.

Payout Frequency: Monthly/Quarterly.

B. VIP & Platinum Members (Strategic Leaders Tier)

Role: They manage multiple sub-teams or regional teams.

Bonus Share: 35% of the team bonus pool will be reserved for these Elite Leaders.

Additional benefits: Opportunity to attend global retreats and luxury lounge events at company expense.

C. Diamond Crown Members (Global Directors Tier)

Role: The company's top decision maker and global policy maker.

Bonus Share: The remaining 25% of the team bonus pool will be distributed equally among these top-tier global leaders (plus global profit sharing).

Internal Distribution Formula

When a specific team (ie: a team under a specific gold or VIP leader) gets a bonus, it will be divided as follows:

Team Leader (Leader Share) 50% (for team management and mentoring)
Active members (Active Core) 40% (in equal shares according to performance ratio)
Rising Star (Next-Gen) 10% (for the team's most promising newcomer)

Terms & Compliance

Activity Rule: In order to get part of the team bonus, the member or leader's own account and the team account must be fully active in the respective quarter.

Compliance Policy: W1000X management reserves the right to hold or cancel the entire team bonus if a member or leader violates the company's Ethics, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or policy.
